Shipping and Returns

Production and shipping time

Each piece is made to order and shipped within 7 working days of payment confirmation. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping costs

We ship to Portugal (mainland and islands) and to the other European Union countries. For now, lamps and light-up pieces ship to Portugal only. Shipping costs depend on the delivery zone and are shown at checkout before payment. Large items may carry a surcharge.

Returns (14 days)

You may return a purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Let us know in writing at garimpoworld@gmail.com and send the piece back within 14 days of notifying us, in good condition and in its original packaging if possible.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the price of the piece and the original shipping cost (at the standard shipping rate) within 14 days of receiving the piece, using the same payment method.

Customised pieces or pieces made to the customer's specifications (colour, size or design outside the collection) cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Defective or damaged pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you, including shipping.
