1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
We only collect what is needed to process and ship your order and issue the invoice: name, email, phone, delivery address and, if you request it, tax number and name for the invoice. Through the contact form we collect your name, email and the message you send us. We don't ask you to create an account or a password.
3. What we use the data for
To perform the purchase contract (production, shipping and communication about your order), to meet legal obligations (invoicing and accounting), to reply to your messages and to send, after delivery, a single review request. We do not send newsletters or advertising.
4. Who we share it with
With providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting, in the EU), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting) and the courier that delivers your order. Card details are held exclusively by Stripe.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data are kept for the period required by law (as a rule, 10 years for accounting documents). Contact messages are deleted up to 2 years after the last email exchange.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to garimpoworld@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
