1. Who we are

This online shop is operated by Green Wise Consulting Services, Lda., tax number (NIF) 515333719, registered at Rua Almeida Garrett, n.º 9, 1.º Dto., 7570-177 Grândola, Portugal, hereinafter "Garimpo Decor". Contact: garimpoworld@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made on garimpoworld.pt by consumers and businesses with a delivery address in a European Union country. By placing an order, you declare that you have read and accept these terms.

3. Products and images

The pieces are 3D-printed in plant-based PLA, made to order; for lamps, customers can choose PETG. The images are illustrative and may have been created with the help of digital tools: the actual colour, texture and finish may vary slightly. Fine layer lines are part of the production process and are not a defect.

The dimensions given are nominal and may have a tolerance of a few millimetres.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.

Payment is processed by Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MB WAY or Multibanco reference. Garimpo Decor never has access to your card details. Multibanco references not paid within 7 days lead to the automatic cancellation of the order.

5. Order and contract

Your order is complete when you click "Place order with obligation to pay" and the payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

6. Production and shipping

Each piece is made after the order is placed and shipped within 7 working days of payment confirmation. The courier's delivery times are in addition to this period. Please see the Shipping and Returns page.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014. Customised pieces or pieces made to the customer's specifications are excluded from this right. Details are on the Shipping and Returns page.

8. Guarantee

Consumers benefit from the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity, under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by excessive heat (above about 50 °C), dishwasher use, drops or use contrary to the care instructions.

9. Customisation and business orders

Customisation and business orders are handled via the Contact page, with a quote and specific terms agreed in writing.

10. Complaints and disputes

You can file a complaint through the electronic Complaints Book or turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. Please see the Dispute Resolution page. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
